Began her degree to become a podiatrist in 2006, completing her degree at AUT, Auckland. After qualifying became a podiatry clinical educator and managing placements in the community and hospital setting. During this time Jeanette provided screening for diabetic clients in the community, also providing podiatry services for DIABETES NEW ZEALAND.
